Position Overview:
We are seeking 3 dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executives to manage and drive sales and education within Ulta Beauty across the West, South, and East Coasts. This role is crucial for the expansion of Half Magic Beauty within Ulta. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty industry, strong selling skills, a proven track record of driving sales, building lasting relationships, and a love for everything sparkly and fun.

Key Responsibilities:
• Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Ulta Beauty Stores within your territory, managing day-to-day communications and fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
• Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a team of rockstar BA's that can service Ulta stores within your territory and execute retailer events
• Sales/Education Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies in your respective territories to achieve revenue targets and grow market share within Ulta stores. Lead store and regional education initiatives.
• Product Launches: Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure successful product launches, promotions, and events within Ulta stores.
• Retailer Relationships: Work closely with Ulta's store teams to maximize brand exposure and optimize product placement.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with store operations teams to ensure accurate and optimal inventory levels at Ulta stores, share out any OOS with internal teams.
• Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for Half Magic Beauty, representing our values and mission in all interactions with Ulta and its customers.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal sales, marketing, product development, and finance teams to align on business goals and ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales within the beauty industry, with a focus on retail partnerships. Ulta experience is a must.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing large Account Coordinator + BA teams spread across multiple regions.
• Proven track record of large scale corporate eventing within Ulta.
• Has a love for artistry and feels comfortable applying makeup to customers.
• Strong training & education skills.
• Strong understanding of beauty industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel within territory up to 50% of the time and have reliable transportation.
