Job Description
A24 is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Global Licensing team. This role will drive the sales of A24's library titles to domestic streaming platforms, broadcasters, and digital buyers, maximizing revenue and expanding our reach in the evolving content landscape.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated dealmaker with an entrepreneurial spirit, deep industry relationships, and a keen understanding of licensing strategies. As an integral part of our collaborative and fast-paced Global Licensing team, this person will shape sales strategies, forge key partnerships, and contribute to A24's continued success in content distribution.

Initial Responsibilities
• Own and drive licensing sales for A24's library titles across domestic streaming platforms, broadcasters, and digital networks.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans that maximize the value of A24's non-theatrical and catalog titles
• Hone a deep understanding of customer demands and how A24's portfolio can address them.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key buyers, licensing teams, and content acquisition executives across digital platforms, cable, and broadcast networks.
• Analyze market trends and audience demands to identify revenue opportunities and position A24's content effectively.
• Negotiate and structure complex licensing deals, ensuring competitive pricing, long-term value, and alignment with A24's business goals.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Licensing and team to refine packaging strategies and optimize deal-making processes.
• Contribute to the development of a best-in-class sales platform to enhance efficiency and performance tracking.

This role requires travel based on market needs.

Qualifications
• Minimum 6 years of experience working in film and/or TV licensing or sales
• Relationships with buyers across local digital platforms, cable and broadcast networks
• Expert knowledge of distribution landscape across all non-theatrical media, long-term experience in dealing with distribution negotiations and contracts
• Excellent attention to detail with strong abilities in project and data management, time management, organization and forward planning
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workplace is required, experience with FilmTrack and Airtable softwares highly desirable
• A motivated self starter who collaborates well with others
• A solution-orientated and entrepreneurial thinker
• Humble, diligent and resourceful

Our target salary range for this role is between $110k to $135k. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
