Job Description
A24 is looking to hire a Title Lead to join our Creative Marketing team. This role will spearhead campaign strategy and development of key materials for theatrical titles to ensure the continued success of A24 releases. We are open to candidates in either our LA or NY offices (West Hollywood and Manhattan, respectively) with a preference for NY-based candidates.

Initial Responsibilities
• Ideate, develop and pitch high-level creative strategy for theatrical marketing campaigns, including goals, targetable audiences, positioning, and key messaging
• Lead the development of key materials including trailers and posters alongside the Head of Creative
• Manage existing vendor relationships in addition to proactively sourcing new creative partners
• Oversee seamless execution of campaign strategy by working closely with the Social Lead and Paid Media Lead, as well as teams including Brand, PR, Post Production, and more
• Create and maintain campaign decks tracking timelines, key milestones and deliverables, to be circulated across internal stakeholders including Head of Film
• Spearhead communications with external partners (including filmmakers and producers) for the duration of the theatrical campaign, ensuring seamless collaboration and flawless execution of creative goals
• Proactively contribute to brainstorms and strategy meetings across all projects, titles, and creative initiatives to help ensure the success of the wider team
• Manage campaign budgets and and work closely with the team to track and forecast spending

Skillsets & Qualifications:
• 6+ years of relevant experience at a studio, network or agency
• A cross-functional leader who communicates clearly and effectively, with experience giving creative/editorial feedback
• Thrives in a demanding, fast-moving but loosely-structured creative environment

Our target salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $140,000. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
