Corporate Strategy and Operations Associate

Job Description

A24 is currently seeking a Corporate Strategy and Operations Associate. The ideal candidate is someone who is solution-oriented, well organized, intellectually curious, and a team player.

Initial Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal teams & external partners to grow a portfolio of joint ventures and new business initiatives at A24 (details provided in interviews)
• Create high-level company materials (e.g., board decks, lender presentations, etc.)
• Support COO and corporate team on various ad hoc projects (e.g., market research, analysis of organic & inorganic growth opportunities, vendor / partner relationships, etc.)
• Identify and implement processes to help improve corporate team operations

Qualifications
• 2-3 years of relevant experience at a top management consulting firm, investment bank, or corporate strategy role
• Entrepreneurial mentality and comfort with ambiguity
• Ability to translate strategy into execution
• Demonstrated organizational agility
• Exceptional project management capabilities
• Effectiveness in balancing efficiency and precision
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills'

Our target salary range for this position is between $100k and $120k. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
