We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our innovative and highly sought-after Warner Music Artist Services team as an E-Commerce Marketing Intern.

A little bit about our team:

Warner Music Artist Services represents the E-Commerce rights of a diverse roster of artists including Logic, The Smashing Pumpkins, Highly Suspect, Jon Bellion, Alice In Chains, Keith Richards, and more. Our small team works diligently to develop artist stores, and successful strategy, marketing, and product sets that appeal to every consumer and fan.

E-Commerce has grown to be a thriving business for artists. In particular, album and merchandise bundles can significantly contribute to chart placements for release week. Further, product marketing can play a critical role in an artists' overall branding. You'll add a unique set of skills to your resume that combine entertainment, e-commerce, and merchandise marketing.

Here you'll get to:

Be at the forefront of this growth, impacting marketing and operations, and conducting research for major acts. You'll be directly involved with:

- Artist store and product page optimization

- Promotion development and testing

- Artist research, competitive research, and calendar development

- Online product review approvals

- Email marketing content conception

- Assisting with e-commerce order operations / mailings

Rockstar candidates must have:

- at least two years of marketing experience or education.

- an interest in e-commerce and online marketing and/or merchandising.

- excellent grammar, an eye for detail, and enthusiasm for editing content.

- great organizational skills, and be comfortable with spreadsheets and research.

- a strong knowledge of, and appreciation for, contemporary music and popular culture.

It would be music to our ears if you also had:

- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Magento or Shopify.

- Online or physical retail experience.
