We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our innovative and highly sought-after 'PROMOTION' team at 'WARNER RECORDS/WARNER MUSIC GROUP.

A little bit about our team:

Promotion works towards developing awareness and exposure for records through various mediums focusing on but not limited to radio. The department works with marketing, sales, publicity, and digital marketing, creating grass roots and national promotion strategies to garner airplay at key lifestyle, club, and radio outlets.

Promotion Associate will be working directly with the team coordinator and assistants to amplify the radio strategies for current radio priorities.

Moving into a brand-new state of the art building, in the heart of DTLA, the energy has expanded beyond the walls and into sounds across the globe. Promotion Associate will help the servicing of new radio singles, organize radio contests, and engage in the conversation of making a #1 radio record.

Here you'll get to:

-You will manage radio servicing physical releases to all formats from Top 40, Hot AC, Alternative, Active Rock, Urban, Rhythm, Urban AC, and Triple priorities.

-You will pull and analyze daily airplay, streaming and sales reports learning industry-wide database systems such as Mediabase, Music Connect, Nielsen Soundscan, Spotify Analytics, Tableau Shazam, YouTube Analytics and Media Monitors.

-You will update artist and genre-based weekly one sheets to be distributed to format heads and promotion field.

-You will research and network brand partnerships with outside vendors.

-You will assist and shadow the promotion team at various company-wide events.

Rockstar candidates will be able to:

-You have to be enrolled as a Senior or Junior in college.

-You have the ability to work in a team environment.

-Successful previous associates have been flexible, passionate and interested in radio.

-Successful previous associates have come in with a ''can-do'' attitude and thrive when they take the initiative to make more out of their internship.
