We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our innovative and highly sought-after Fan Engagement team at Warner Records.

The mission of the Fan Engagement department is to acquire, engage, and retain true fans across our digital ecosystems. The team is responsible for any digital property that speaks directly to fans: social media, websites, email/CRM, mobile apps, and emerging technologies. Using content and creative marketing strategies, the Fan Engagement team keeps fans deeply connected to and invested in our artists.

Then the Fan Engagement Team at WR is the place for you!
Our Talent Associate will get hands on, real world training in digital marketing, brand growth, content strategy, audience retention, and the other key duties of the Fan Engagement department. We take a Creative Agency-like approach to our social, digital, and interactive media strategies. You will assist the team a variety of tasks, from data anaylization to visual asset creation to strategic brainstorms.
Here you'll get to:
• Work in collaboration with an internal team (Fan Engagement Strategists, Designers, Producers) to translate artist business strategies into creative content and experiences
• Participate in strategic brainstorms with the Urban/Pop and Rock pods
• Perform social media health checks and other platform-level analytics
• Create and track SmartURLs as needed (for releases, ticket sales, streams, etc)
• Research influencers, new blogs, and other partnership opportunities
• Pull social and digital reports as requested using our internal suite of tools
• Locate, curate, edit, and maintain library of digital assets for artists
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
• Passion for and knowledge of all social media channels
• Strong organizational and project management skills with added attention to details and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, appropriate to a professional environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with both creative and business oriented colleagues and partners
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Sweet, AfterEffects, Premier

Warner Music Group is looking for ambitious students and recent graduates with a genuine interest in the music industry and a curiosity to learn about our business. We pride ourselves on providing in-depth, dynamic, and challenging experiences while keeping it fun and having a good time. At Warner, our interns have a voice that is heard and valued. Each day offers a chance to learn a new skill, meet with a different department, and contribute to Warner's global success.
Internships at Warner are paid opportunities designed to provide students with real-world experience working with the most passionate and innovate people in the music industry. Our summer internships will last for 15 weeks and start at the end of May.
