PRIMARY PURPOSE OF DEPARTMENT:

Focusing on the activities of Sales for Games Physical and Digital under the guidance of the Manager should support the analysis of sales by product and client (Digital and Physical) for Games, follow-up of purchase orders to be invoiced, sales forecast for Retailers, Sales Representatives and Sub-Distributors such as Nuuvem, Americana's group, Amazon, Mercado Livre, Magazine Luiza and others. Weekly update of the sales promotional calendar, being responsible for monitoring the areas of Marketing, Operations and Finance so that each activity is fulfilled to ensure that all the processes happen until the promotions release. Provide a post-Morten analysis of each promotion with results and learnings. Daily update of the QSR (quarterly sales report). Support commercial activities related to Digital Distribution ensuring the availability of all parts and gear required for product availability in the store. Direct contact with clients to support Key Account Managers for a certain sales negotiations and tasks to guarantee the accomplishment from the sales reports and sales. Support in events related to Games business and customers' stores. Coordinate the process of registering the products for all retailers of Games according to the calendar.

• Support Sales Analyst in the Sales Forecasts for the sales team, daily control of sales volumes construction and allocation of sales goals.
• Sales promotional budget control (VPC) and promotional activities payment by key account
• Returns (VMS)
• Support Price Pulse and Price Protection sales routines on VMS (KA support)
• Sales and Inventory weekly report
• Point of contact with purchasing department and control of production of MPDV according to the trade calendar
• Trade support: retail events, trade plan
• Courtesy control
• Travel Scheduling (cater / hotel / meeting rooms)

• Knowledge of the internal processes related to the marketing team, finance, and operations.
• General understanding of the work carried out in the Digital sales area.
• Knowledge about the processes together with the Burbank desk in US, as well as Digital Global customers.
