HBO Max™ is WarnerMedia's direct-to-consumer streaming platform, offering best in class quality entertainment. HBO Max features the greatest array of storytelling for all audiences from the iconic brands of HBO, Warner Bros., DC, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Turner Classic Movies and more. The platform launched in the United States in May 2020 and introduced a lower priced, advertising-supported tier in June 2021. HBO Max began its global rollout launching in markets across Latin America and the Caribbean this summer, followed by its first European launches in the Nordics and Spain. It has been announced that HBO Max will continue its European expansion for a global reach of 67 countries in 2022.

The Job

We are currently looking to recruit a Content & Community Intern to join us in Amsterdam. You will be part of our Customer Service team and will provide support overseeing our slef help initiatives including the help-center and community. The Content & Community Intern will support assisting customers by quickly find solutions and answers to their problems without the need to wait in line for support agents.

The Daily
• Support ensuring help center articles are accurate and up to date
• Assist on delivering content to empower customer with self-service solutions to minimize incoming customer service contacts
• Provide support in optimising self-help touch point to ensure seemless user journey and speedy resolution
• Help prepare messaging to support a wide range of releases
• Support overseeing content localisatoin and translation
• Collaborate with customer service to understand common and trending support issues and address them with self help content
• Assist on building a community center to conduct fast turnaround surveys to improve the customer experience
• Collaborate with CRM and Creative Services team to align and key messages and tone of voice

• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Full proficiency in English, additional language is a plus
• Possess a customer centric point of view
