Job Description
Your New Role…The Talent Acquisition Graduate Intern will work across all areas of Warner Bros. Discovery's Talent Acquisition EMEA team – primarily supporting the early careers team but also the recruiting, sourcing and operations teams.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Assisting with shortlisting and screening candidates during initial recruitment stages on both Experienced Hire and Early Careers projects across EMEA.
• Attending careers fairs and visiting schools, colleges and universities to promote Warner Bros. Discovery as an employer.
• Assisting with the organisation and implementation of assessment centres for the Early Careers programmes.
• Supporting multiple Recruiters in scheduling interviews across differing time zones, while providing an excellent candidate experience.
• Contacting relevant organisations, universities, colleges and other partners to advertise roles.
• Assisting with the implementation and delivery of diversity programmes and initiatives in EMEA.
• Assisting with preparation and planning for events and future recruitment initiatives.
• Providing administrative support to the TA Leadership team which may include diary/calendar management, processing expenses and arranging travel.
• Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with operational requests and adhoc projects.
Qualifications & Experience…
• You must be a recent or soon-to-be university graduate, having graduated no earlier than July 2021.
• An interest in developing a career in Recruitment (Talent Acquisition).
• Passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Great communication skills with the confidence to speak to people at careers fairs and other events.
• Superb attention to detail.
• You will need to be organised with the ability to prioritise your workload
• You should also have the ability to take initiative and work proactively.
The Internship...
• Salary: £26,000
• Contract Length: 12 months
• Start Date: Likely to be 14th August 2023
• You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.
