Your New Role …
The Marketing & Communications Placement Interns will support various Warner Bros . Discovery teams with their marketing campaigns across all new and existing content. We have roles available i n our Film, TV, Games , Digital, Kids and Creative Marketing teams.
Your Role Accountabilities …
• Working alongside marketing executives and managers to manage title projects.
• Working closely with the marketing and publicity teams, supporting the development of creative marketing campaigns (for example, on film and gaming releases).
• Managing and updating a selection
of schedules and reports, including tracking key marketing metrics to aid decision making.
• Supporting cross-divisional collaboration, joining the dots across all relevant business units and departments in the UK.
• Assisting with the production and delivery of creative assets and display materials for key retail and media activity.
• Manage all purchase orders and invoices for the team.
• Manage the diaries and expenses for the team.
• Support the Customer Marketing team for all WB organised Retail Days and Retail Conferences.
• Carrying out day-to-day admin tasks to support department.
• C onduct regular store visits and filter key learnings and information to Customer Marketing, monitoring and evaluating both Warner and competitive activity, providing timely input into the weekly Customer Marketing meetings.
Qualifications & Experience …
• You must be a current University student in your 2nd year of study, looking to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 202 6 .
• Passionate about marketing and the film & entertainment industry.
• Well-organised and show excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise workload and use time effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• A positive attitude, a creative open mind and a calm demeanour .
The Internship …
• Salary: £2 3 ,000 p/a
• Contract Length: 12 months
• Start Date: 1 st July 2024
• You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.

• Stage 2: For eligible candidates, you will be invited to complete a w ritten questionnaire in HireVue . The deadline for this is Sunday 3rd December.
• Stage 3: Pre-recorded video interview via HireVue will be sent out , to be completed in January.
• Stage 4: Assessment Centres & Interviews will take place February - March.
