Job Description
• Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a Subscriber Acquisitions Graduate Intern for the Growth Marketing, EMEA Streaming department. This role will will liaise with the Creative Strategy and Trafficking team to support the development of acquisition campaigns and trafficking the digital marketing assets via an automated system and directly to media and partnership teams.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about television, movies, entertainment, and digital marketing. The candidate must be a ''doer'' and will be part of a team that believes in working fast, being accountable, collaborative and learning from mistakes.
• The candidate will support the creative production across paid acquisition channels, for multiple European territories. The team is highly cross functional and therefore, the role will require collaboration with other Growth Marketing teams as Creative Services, Brand Marketing, Partnerships, Data Science, Product, Tech and Content Experience.
• You will be working closely with your manager within the Subscriber Acquisition EMEA team, supporting them with various projects and initiatives across Europe.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Support the production process of digital creative assets and work closely with Creative /Acquisition/ Partnerships/ Media investment teams to deliver ads creative.
• Support the team channel leads for Affiliate Marketing, CTV advertising and editorial Partner Marketing campaigns across our device partner platforms.
• Monitor and maintain essential documents (specs, process, workflow, best practice, taxonomy) and manage the Media Drive & Smartly Library housing all creative files for trafficking.
• Quality Control assets for specs, dimensions, and file formats, analyze data and create reports of digital campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience…
• You must be a recent university graduate, having graduated no earlier than July 2024.
• Hands-on with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Willingness to learn and ask questions.
• Analytical thinker.
• Knowledge of digital creative assets: specs, best practice, creative guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting data.
• Experience in Dynamic creative optimization tools such as Smartly, Google Web Designer or DCO feed management is a plus.
• Passion for entertainment, streaming and media landscape.

The Internship...
• Salary: £28,000
• Contract Length: 10-12 months
• Start Date: Likely to be 8th September 2024
• You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
