Intern, Brand & Content Marketing - Max (Summer 2025)

Interested applicants must be able to commit for a minimum of 3 months full-time, starting from May/June 2025. Applicants must also be enrolled at a University/Polytechnic during the internship period and have the right to work in Singapore.

THE JOB

As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects
of marketing. You will work closely with the various marketing functions to support brand launch, performance marketing campaigns, social media management, partnerships marketing and more. This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a real-world setting.
Our team plays a critical role in driving growth for the Streaming business , and we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join us. You will be supporting one of the following marketing functions :

Brand and Content Marketing – This team creates demand and engage our fans by executing comprehensive 360 marketing campaigns that elevate the Warner Bros brand and titles. By combining strategic development, creative execution, and targeted media activation, they ensure consistent brand experiences across all channels. They develop innovative, culturally relevant and creative campaign to drive conversations and engage our fans.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Local activation support to provide comprehensive support for local market events in the Singapore market. This includes setting up events, delivering approved files, sourcing necessary assets, and ensuring all logistical needs are met.
• Handle the ordering, packing, and arranging of shipping and deliveries for Max premiums and merchandise.
• Manage the approval process for creative assets, including the creation of approval decks with necessary legal lines. Ensure timely approvals by coordinating and following up with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure titles, copies, and localization are aligned and delivered to the Product Team for the following areas: Max Coming Soon, Landing page, max.com, In-App (App Store, Play Store).
• Work with O&O media managers to secure and align media spots. Ensure the creation and timely delivery of assets, and follow up on media reports to compare targets versus actual performance.
• Generate deep links and one links for paid media campaigns, ensuring seamless user experience and accurate tracking.

​Qualifications & Experience
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in creating content for blogs, social media, or websites.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good to have - passion in entertainment and pop culture, follows industry trend and engaged with our content / product.
