Universal Pictures International (UPI) is the International Distribution and Marketing division for Universal Pictures. In the United Kingdom, Austria, Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Korea, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and China, UPI directly markets and distributes movies through its local offices, creating campaigns and release strategies that respond to the culture and market behaviour of those territories. In other parts of the world, UPI partners with Paramount and Sony in the distribution of all three companies' films. Programme Essentials

To join one of our 12-month Internships you must meet one of the following criteria:
• Currently be an undergraduate studying at University and applying for a Placement year in your 2nd or final year
• Graduating from your undergraduate degree in Summer 2025
• Looking for employment after completing A-Levels or equivalent course or an Apprenticeship

In addition, you must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 30th June 2025 – Friday 17th July 2026

What will I be doing?

Reporting to the Creative Operations Manager, the successful candidate will assist in the smooth daily operation of a very busy post-production facility. The Intern will be working closely alongside the department's IO group; jointly responsible for all media assets stored and used within the facility in London.

An understanding of the importance of content security is a large part of this role. The facility services all of Universal's products, and as such, the successful candidate will be working on and dealing with large volumes of assets including highly sensitive material.
