Universal Music Group 2024 Summer Internship Program: Helpdesk/Tech Support (Onsite: TN)

Program Eligibility:
• Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree
• Graduating between Spring 2024-Fall 2026
• Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing accommodations)
• Legally authorized to work in the US and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.)
• Commit to 20-40 hours per week (based on individual business area)

Program Dates: June 10th - August 16th
ONSITE: Nashville TN

Global Tech Support team that provides Level 1 (GTS Support Desk) and Level 2 (Onsite Support Tech) technology support to all of our internal employees at UMG for any and all technology related needs.

How You'll Create:
* Creating and working on Service Now reports
* Assisting with Knowledge Base article reviews
* Direct job shadowing of Onsite Support Techs and Support Analysts
* Working in the onsite Tech Bar providing direct support to UMG employees

Bring Your Vibe:
* General knowledge of supporting end users with hardware, software, and general technology questions.
* Ability and willingness to work directly with all levels of employees in a customer service environment (in-person, phone, chat) while being able to communicate effectively and take detailed notes
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong level of curiosity and willingness to learn
* Ability to be proactive and work independently as needed
