Skills & Experience

Skillset
• Skilled in both graphic and motion/animation design
• Portfolio of self-initiated and/or client facing projects
• Demonstrable understanding of design principles + process
• Ability to think conceptually
• Strong understanding of narrative
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn software
• Can work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to juggle a variety of creative styles at one given time
• Some prior knowledge of digital asset creation
• Interest in social content creation

Be Organised
• To be on hand and based at UMC offering day to day team support
• Co-ordinate and arrange meetings including; booking meeting rooms, organising refreshments, IT etc.
• Meeting and greeting internal and external guests
• Assist with diary management
• Preparing presentations for the team as required
• Assist with organising events
• To be the central contact responsible for asset sharing and file storage within the team
• Liaise internally and externally with people at all levels including Senior Executives
• Pulling together information from and collating into reports when required
• Disseminating communications to the team as quickly as possible
• Carry out any other duties as directed by the Line Manager

Software
• Adobe CC Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Bonus: Cinema 4D, Unity, Spark AR, Processing

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience of working in an office environment
• Tech Savvy; confident in using various applications for file sharing and storage e.g. Monday.com & SharePoint.
