THE POSITION – MARKETING INTERN

Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects live entertainment business . You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position, up to 40 hours per week.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Assisting marketing department with administrative duties .
• Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms .
• Coordinate with creative team on copywriting & asset production .
• Venue marketing support including updating digital and physical in-venue signage, websites, venue social media channels and more .
• On - site support at concerts ( C aptur ing social content , media escorting, etc.)
• Assist with simple graphic design tasks via Canva, Capcut , Photoshop, etc.
• Help in developing and maintaining local influencer and press list s
• Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, BOX and all social media platforms in day-to-day tasks.
• Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested .
• Final internship project will be assigned at the beginning of the internship program to be presented at the end

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
• Learn the process of marketing concerts from show announcement through event date.
• Develop an in-depth understanding
of the local media landscape .
• Gain experience communicating across multiple platforms and with various audiences

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
• Junior or Senior standing
• Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
• A strong sense
of teamwork and ability to execute programs
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50+ lbs. and occasional sitting.

This program is during Summer 202 5 .
