You will be provided with challenging tasks, real-world experience, and many educational and social networking opportunities.This Spring Internship is from January through May 30th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work part-time hours (10-29 a week). Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 9-6 pm. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university. A hybrid work structure may or may not be available.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
International Marketing Partnerships is responsible for securing meaningful marketing partnerships with strategically appropriate brands to help drive awareness of SPE's slate of films and build box office results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, the intern will support the International Marketing Partnerships team executing partner campaigns in support of our Spring 2025 film releases, help brainstorm ideas for brands or categories that would be good fits for marketing partnerships on future titles and assist with status documents reporting secured and potential partner deals. He or she will be instrumental in tracking and capturing global, regional, and local activity of all campaigns and creating a wrap report to present the full Promotional campaign for that title. He/she will liaise with our international offices on all monthly status sales calls, regional agency calls, and the Domestic Partnerships and Global Partnerships Execution team on various projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Intermediate in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Proficient in internet research with experience in an office setting
• Proven interest in working with international markets
• Flexible and able to prioritize within fluid situations
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and working under tight time constraints
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues internationally
• Knowledge and passion for film
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program
The anticipated base salary for this position is $19/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
