This Spring Internship is from January through May 30th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work part-time hours (10-29 a week). Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 9-6 pm. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university. A hybrid work structure may or may not be available.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The SPT Marketing Organization at Sony Pictures Television supports the entire lifecycle of our television series, from supporting the initial sale with pitch materials, to collaborating with first window network partners on marketing campaigns, to creating and managing marketing assets with Distribution teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will collaborate with other creatives to ideate, design, and execute creative content including Key Art, Pitch Decks, Social & Digital Assets, Merchandise, Display Cases, and Marketing Campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
You should be able to create and design using the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and ideally have some knowledge of Keynote and Power Point. Strong command of basic graphic design principles and typography.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Creativity, ability to think strategically, take creative risks, innovation, teamwork, ability to multi-task, good communication skills, time mamagement and prioritization.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $19/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
