The Creator Marketing team would like to bring on an intern to assist in our creator program scaling efforts. The role should allow this individual to learn more about the creator marketing ecosystem while building their own insights based on trends and data they learn while working with our team. While the team will be expanding globally, the role will allow this individual to watch marketing plans come together and scaled creator campaigns come to life.
This position offers hands-on experience in the gaming industry, with a focus on CRM management, strategy planning, and influencer discovery. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with team members to uncover emerging creators and develop innovative approaches to increase brand reach.
Responsibilities:
• Input data points for internal CRM focused on content creators.
• Participate and document insights from strategy meetings with creators.
• Assist in creator discovery efforts based on key performance indicators (KPIs) provided by team leads.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with content creation on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Comfortable familiarity with gaming and tech adjacent knowledge
Unique Skills:
• Fluency in Spanish
• Participates in live streaming or content creation
• Discord App Proficiency
Potential Project:
• Develop a marketing plan centered around short-form video content that engages non-gaming audiences.
You must be available for a full-time paid internship in the summer of 2025. We are only considering students who will be enrolled in an accredited degree program in the summer of 2025, slated to graduate no earlier than December 2025. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the 12-week internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
