We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Phoenix Mercury Partnership Strategy & Service Intern to assist team members with managing activations and promotions during home games, oversight of performance recap needs, and contractual account fulfillment.
What You Will Do:
• Responsible for all partner-related gameday duties including preparing prizing for on-court promotions, assisting with hospitality events and the execution of in-arena recognitions
• Oversee digital signage reporting/tracking and photo tagging for Global Partnerships Solutions department
• Assist with the activation of partnership elements to fulfill contractual obligations specific to hospitality/events and in-market activations
• Responsible for promotion/event proof of performance and creation of formal recaps to be delivered to partners
• Work closely with inter-departments and third-party vendors to support partner and department events, hospitality and in-market activations/promotions (e.g. player appearances, Fantasy Camps, B2B events, VIP gameday experiences, etc.)
• Regular travel in-market to support department (e.g. vendor/client pickups and drop-offs)
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
• Other duties as assigned as related to the position (typically 5% - 10%)

• Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience/ Education Requirements:
• College degree – BA/BS or equivalent experience (preferred)
