Paramount's MBA internship opportunities include, but are not limited to: Business Development, Compliance, Consumer Products & Emerging Media, Content Partnerships/Streaming, Distribution, Finance, Market Intelligence, and Strategy and Operations.

Depending on placement, ideal MBA candidates will:
• Have strong finance/banking/consulting experience or strong functional expertise
• Have a real passion for multi-platform media
• Create and develop strategic plans
• Possess strong presentation skills
• Have proven expertise in financial analysis (developing financial models, analyzing financial statements, etc.)
• Identify, analyze, and develop new business opportunities
• Assimilate a large amount of data (both quantitative and qualitative) and gain meaningful insights
• 3-5 years of experience prior to business school is preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The hourly rate for this position is $34.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
