Consumer Products Internships (Summer 2025, Hybrid - NYC)
Eligibility:
• Internships are available to students who will be Juniors, Seniors, or Master's students in the fall of 2025. If you are a graduating Senior, please check our website for full-time job opportunities.
• You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June.
• Interns will be required to work hybrid or fully on-site for the duration of the program.
• Internships are paid at a competitive standard hourly rate (school credit is optional).
• Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships.

Paramount Consumer Products & Experiences is the commercialization unit of Paramount that brings our Company's stories and characters to life through innovative and engaging products and experiences across more than 50 categories, from toys and apparel to books, console games, and theme parks. The organization is home to world-class teams of licensing and retail experts, artists, storytellers, and technologists who inspire imaginations around the world!
• CP Marketing extends programming, by taking the viewer from the TV screen to retail through Omni-channel marketing. We serve more content by engaging our fans through product. CP marketing facilitates marketing ideation, asset development and execution of all consumer product marketing programs across retail, ensuring that our product has retail presence in market.
• Toy Licensing is responsible for licensing our IP across the entire Paramount portfolio to create toy products with external partners. The toy teams work alongside other lines of business such as Softlines, Consumer Packaged Goods, etc. to create a large cross category consumer products offering at retail. We want our consumers to have as much product of their favorite characters as possible!
• Global Franchise Planning is responsible for managing marketing initiatives to drive consumer product sales for Paramount's priority properties and franchises on a global scale. They develop long-range property plans focused on key strategies and tactics that will help drive awareness engagement and sales. Franchise Planning liaises with all departments within the Paramount ecosystem to drive execution of the property plans – such as Production, Press, Programming, Content Sales, Creative, Talent, International, Consumer Marketing, etc.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The hourly rate for this position is $20.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
