Job Description
Overview

This position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Hospitality & Special Events Department which oversees both game day and non-game day private events, internal events and hospitality areas.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Assist with day-to-day special event needs, including set-up, execution and support during events. Routine responsibilities will consist of preparing table linens, writing utensils, and centerpieces, and assisting with the set-up of audio/visual needs.
• Assist with exterior events on the American Family Field Grounds, including 5K races and large tailgates.
• Provide support for internal Brewers events and projects with departments such as Season Ticket & Group Sales, Corporate Partnerships, Suites, Brewers Community Foundation and other departments as needed.
• Provide support for public stadium events, such as Field of Sweet Dreams and the Brewers Baseball Academy.
• Assist with and execute internal internship related events, including intern socials and luncheons.
• Provide other administrative support to the Hospitality & Special Events Department.

The ideal candidate will have one or more years of experience in event coordination or hospitality. Candidates with strong communication, analytical, organizational skills, and attention to detail are preferred.
