Job Description
THE POSITION- PRODUCTION INTERNIn this role you will focus on supporting & collaborating with the Director of Production and Production Department thorough & detailed preparation.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Must ensure a positive and creative environment for the Production Department.
• Facilitate proper interdepartmental communication and organization.
• Assist and support all production department personnel with job functions as needed.
• Work with the department in scheduling runners and runner vehicles.
• Responsible for procuring all required automobile rentals and coordinating with required staff scheduling of pick up and drop off. Intern
• Maintain regular communications with Director of Production.
• Attends production meeting as outlined by the Director of Production.
• In depth knowledge of all CBA's (collective bargaining agreements) in the region
• Be onsite for engagements as necessary to assist the Production Department as required.
• Duties as assigned
• Must be able to lift to 60 lbs.
• Moderate to loud level or noise possible in work environment
• Working environment is fast-paced and often loud and stressful
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
• Develop communication skills with co-workers, customers, and clients.
• Learn to manager your time in a fast-paced world with time sensitive deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Recent graduate or currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for.
• Recent college graduate, Junior or Senior standing
• Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional).
