About KOLN:

KOLN is the CBS affiliate in the Lincoln, Hastings, Kearney market. General Responsibilities:
- Contribute to newscasts as needed.
- Assist reporters while in the field.
- Help provide content for 1011 News digital and social media platforms.

Qualifications:
- Interest in journalism and the broadcast field.
- Pursuing a journalism degree or related.
- Available to work 10-15 hours a week throughout the semester.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Motivation to learn and sharped broadcast skills.
- A team player willing to work collaboratively with other newsroom members.
