Intern - Animation Studio Launchpad

Job Description

Framestore's 2025 Launchpad Internship offers talented and creative individuals a chance to gain hands-on experience at one of Europe's leading creative studios. Interns will learn through studio work, presentations, a personal project, and informal meetups while collaborating on real projects with experienced artists and technologists. Previous interns have contributed to shows like Tom & Jerry, His Dark Materials, and Fantastic Beasts.

Working within the Design Studio as a Designer, you'll help with motion design, and concept frames. Creating compelling and unique motion graphics and style/pitch frames for commercial clients in a fast-paced artist-driven environment, creating both static and moving imagery as part of the pitching and execution process.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and technical knowledge.
• Conceptual designer and thinker.
• Well versed in Adobe CS, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Cinema 4D. InDesign and Unreal are a plus
• Graphic design and typography skills, in addition to a great eye.
• A basic understanding of CG.
• Ability to turn around multiple concepts in a variety of styles and to take creative direction/revisions as needed.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent problem solving skills

Eligibility Criteria:
• You must be entering the final year of your degree or have graduated in the past 12 months
• You must be a UK resident and have a current resident, student or graduate VISA for the duration of the internship
• You must be available from 7th July - 30th August 2025
