Job Description

Epic Games InfoSec Team is looking for a smart, creative Production Intern to join them for summer 2023. Our Interns are given challenging projects over the work term, and are provided with a meaningful learning experience with high expectations for performance. The InfoSec department is responsible for protecting Epic Games, our players, customers, partners and employees. As a Production Intern in this team, you will help support and organize our devs, engineers, and analysts as we all work together to secure Epic & its people.

In This Role You Will:
• Own a major security-related project or process, and be responsible for their outcomes & improvements. You will work closely with our teams to brainstorm ideas & solutions, execute the plan, and communicate the project and its outcomes to the relevant stakeholders.
• Support one of our sub-teams in the creation, prioritization, and implementation of internal project/process tasks.
• Facilitate dailies/stand-ups, provide detailed notes, and follow-up action items.
• Track work intake, prioritization, & changes with JIRA.
• Document production workflows & team processes.

What We're Looking For:
• Solid interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and cross-discipline collaboration skills.
• Experience problem solving, tracking priorities, and multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented project or program management skills through coursework or outside projects.
• Experience working with Google Docs/Sheets and communicating using Slack and Zoom are a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in Information Security and gaming are a plus.
