This is a fast-paced busy role and will require someone who is very keen to get stuck in. We envisage the right candidate getting up to speed quite quickly with all aspects of receivable finance. There are also, exciting upcoming projects including the implementation of a new system for them to support with. The successful candidate will have experience within transactional finance, energy and personality. We have a great team environment and a creative and inclusive culture.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of receivables reports.
• Monitor and update receivables records to ensure accuracy and transparency. This would require comparing deals on booking slips to the financial information depicted in TMS 2.
• Collaborate with team members to reconcile discrepancies in receivables accounts. Help with reconciliation of our GBP, Euro, USD and AUD accounts, identifying and help with money not reconciled.
• Provide support in the collection and allocation process of new and old wires and obtaining remittances and follow up on outstanding payments due to the company.
• Assist in generating invoices and statements for clients and putting invoices on AP.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the finance team.
• Review and update client banking information recorded in connect by liaising with data services and the Talent assistants to ensure their client information is up to date.
Qualifications
• Studying towards or completed the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualifications
or
• Studying towards a Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable procedures.
• Basic bookkeeping, credit and accounting principles.
Program Details
We offer internship opportunities within our global sports and entertainment businesses, including global cultural marketing agency 160/90; sports rights management, production, and digital content leader IMG (Rights, FC Diez, Seven League); global licensing business IMG Licensing; premium hospitality and live experiences leader On Location, Professional Bull Riders (PBR), and entertainment agency WME (including WME Sports and Fashion). Locations include New York City, Nashville, St. Louis, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Dallas, Chicago, London, and Paris. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.
In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.
Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location.

• The program will be 10 weeks in length.

Eligibility
Our program is designed for recent graduates and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university, unless otherwise noted. Candidates must indicate if they now or in the future require Endeavor to commence (''sponsor'') an immigration case in order to employ them (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration case).

We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location. Pay rates typically align with local required minimums and vary by country .
