Summer Intern, Growth & Content Strategy
About the DDM Summer Internship Program:
The Dotdash Meredith Summer Internship Program is a 9 week full time, paid program that runs from June 9th - August 8th, based out of our New York office. The intern program consists of hands-on learning opportunities to create work that has an impact on the business, along with workshops in preparing you for post-college life (resume / interviewing) plus fun events throughout the summer!

Eligibility Requirements:
• Internships are available to students who will be Juniors and Seniors in Fall 2025 at an accredited college or university
• You must be available to work full time for the entire 9 weeks of the program in the NY office, 3 days a week
• You must have access to your own housing and transportation to/from the NY office
About the Team:
The Entertainment Growth team consists of four people and primarily focuses on PEOPLE, Entertainment Weekly, and InStyle. We provide editorial support, as well as analytical reporting, analysis, and tool building to support our editorial teams and the brands.
About the Role:
As a Growth and Content Strategy Intern at Dotdash Meredith you will gain a deep understanding of how premium digital brands drive organic traffic. Learn hands-on about strategies and tactics that result in growth. You will learn to use SEO tools and cutting edge resources to drive informed decisions and results for Dotdash Meredith brands.
Responsibilities will Include:
• Support review of business critical articles to ensure SEO optimization
• Help compile and present monthly recaps to brand teams to help provide actionable insights
• Monitor competitors and search landscape changes
• Google discover monitoring to help inform growth strategies through trending topics
• Attend standups and partner with Editorial teams
About You:
Candidates for this role should have or be:
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Open to new challenges and excited to grow within a fast-paced, expanding, and constantly evolving organization
• Creative and driven self-starter that can take direction and run with it, asking questions up front to ensure you're able to complete the task successfully
• Motivated problem solver who will proactively troubleshoot and create solution
• Experience with Google & Microsoft Suites
• Some experience with digital media is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of the entertainment industry and celebrities, along with experience in editorial roles, is a plus
