About the Role & Program

The 20th Television Series team is responsible for creating hit series such as, ABBOTT ELEMENTARY, NOBODY WANTS THIS, ONLY MURDERS IN THE BUILDING, GREY'S ANATOMY, 9-1-1, PERCY JACKSON AND THE OLYMPIANS, TELL ME LIES, PARADISE, HIGH POTENTIAL and many more.

The Series team oversees projects that are currently on the air across multiple broadcast and streaming platforms. They work closely with the showrunners, writers, producers, and directors as creative liaisons between the networks and the talent. The team is involved in every step of the creative process from script to screen.

The approximate dates of this internship are from June 2025 through December 2025. If selected for this role, you will report directly to the Series Coordinators. A cover letter indicating your interest in the 20th Television Series Intern, Summer/Fall 2025 position is required.

What You Will Do

At 20th Television you'll help bring compelling stories to life.

As an intern you will have an opportunity to work closely with all members of our Series team. This will give you a unique opportunity to contribute in the following ways:
• Reading series scripts and subsequently providing coverage and creative feedback on the material. In addition, you will summarize episodic information into succinct loglines.
• Selecting and distributing dailies from our existing and upcoming series.
• Maintaining department grids with key series and production information.
• Building writer and director grids with credits and agency information.
• Shadowing select shows in which you will join notes meetings and calls as well as engage in all incoming material.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong interest in the series 20th television produces as well as the current television landscape. This includes a basic knowledge of current, popular television series and the major platforms and networks.
• Works well on teams and independently with minimal direction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications List bullet points with qualifications/skills that are a bonus to have, but not required.
• Experience with Airtable
• Experience with Script coverage

Education List bullet points with information about required or preferred education.
• Senior year preferred

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
• Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information
• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
• The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 through December 2025
• Fully available from Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm PT for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
• Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Los Angeles, California area
• Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
