We are seeking for a Partner Marketing Creative Intern to join Disney Entertainment's Business Development and Partnerships Team, where you will be given an opportunity to be exposed to the media and OTT industry and learn the ropes of how to work within a dynamic, independent media organisation focused on achieving impact in SEA.

This role will provide creative and marketing support to the regional partner marketing team and assist in managing creative development and execution of partner centric initiatives. This role will work on projects for our properties within several beloved Disney brands.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, brand and content teams, to ensure the delivery of compelling and effective creative assets. From project management to communication, you will coordinate activities, gain input from key partners, stakeholders, track milestones and deliverables.
• We are looking for a passionate individual with a curious mind and keen interest in contributing, learning and actively participating and support brainstorming sessions, business partners' reviews and achieving key business goals.
• Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Good attitude with respectful competitiveness, teachable and adaptable as well as one who gives off a positive energy.

Responsibilities:
• Development of creative assets for style guides across multiple properties and across divisions for business partners.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create visually and engaging decks.
• Proactively to share innovative ideas and creative solutions to deliver best in class creative solution to business partners.
• Understands Graphic Design & Branding and how it translates to our business partners needs and requirement.
• Manage project timelines and proactively identify constrained resources, conflicting priorities, and scheduling issues.
• Strong team player and able to partner across key collaborators

Internship Requirements:
• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma
• Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
• Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between July to December 2024

Requirements:
• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Art, Design & Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Keynote
• Strong time management skills juggling multiple projects
• Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams.
• Highly self-motivated and meticulous with a strong passion for creatives, marketing and partnerships.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Self-starter that needs minimal supervision in motivating himself/herself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to our campaigns and overall projects.
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strategic thinker with good communications skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
