This role will support the Compensation & Benefits Team (C&B) and gain exposure in the planning and execution of well-being programs, collaborating across other HR function in delivery of well-being activities across Southeast Asia (SEA). The role will also support in yearly group insurance renewal across SEA which including liaising with internal and external stakeholder

Responsibilities:
• Support the team in developing well-being calendar, which involves planning and coordinating all well-being activities across SEA
• Create materials for benefits communications in all SEA markets that are aligned with Global Benefits branding guidelines
• Assist and manage well-being activities across all SEA markets
• Source for content and create monthly well-being newsletter
• Update and maintain MyDisneyToday Benefits site for in-scope markets where necessary
• Support the team on annual group insurance renewal exercises
• Provide support in any ad-hoc C&B projects

Internship Requirements:
• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma
• Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
• Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between July to December 2024

Requirements:
• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma in Human Resource or a related field
• Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
• Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams
• Adopts a challenging and questioning approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways
• Passionate team player with a never-ending curiosity
• Self-starter that needs minimal supervision in motivating himself/herself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to our well-being programs.
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
• Strategic thinker with good communications skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to leverage on data to develop strategy/decisions
• Proficient in MS Office
