2023 Summer Internship Opportunities: June 5th, 2023 -August 11th, 2023

Commerce & Digital Intern: New York, NY (onsite)

Def Jam's nimble Digital and Commerce team is on the forefront of using analytics, social media and content curation to drive streaming and ecommerce results for our artist roster. Working on our team will provide the right candidate a tremendous opportunity to grow their skill set and knowledge base while contributing directly to the success of our artists.

How you'll CREATE:
Our interns will assist with the following:

DIGITAL
• Updating website with artist news and new projects
• Organizing Box folders - Making sure the most up to date photos are front and center, archiving singles/albums that are not currently in cycle
• Tracking digital media trends and stories
• Internal tracker of latest artist imagery
• Assisting with short form video content strategy for Def Jam and artist accounts
• Provide general support across digital including, but not limited to CRM, social, links, assets, and more

COMMERCE
• Store checks o Checking artist pages on DSPs and socials to ensure they are updated with new release images, messaging, links, and other information
• Ensuring playlists/albums/songs are pinned to artist Spotify profiles
• Checking all profiles, DSP, social, etc. and making sure the links click out correctly
• Mirroring Def Jam's FB/Twitter posts on YouTube community
• Circulating any artist posts by DSPs to repost and share with partners
• Weekly checks on artist YouTube Community tabs for updates

Salary Range:
