Intern (Features) - 3 Months

CNNI PRODUCTIONS: POST-PRODUCTION INTERNSHIP

The world needs journalists.

And CNN Abu Dhabi would like you to be one of them.

We're opening up a brand-new Internship Programme right here in the UAE's capital city to find the smartest, brightest and hardest-working story-tellers to come and hone your skills with our Camera and Editing team in the CNNi Productions Department.

The CNNi Productions team produces high quality feature content across TV, digital and social platforms. Post-production interns will help with editing video assets, media managing content and helping with the organization of our video asset library. Interns will also support photojournalists with their projects.

What're We Looking For?
• An enthusiastic, organized, energetic team player
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced newsroom environment
• A strong desire to tell stories visually and a passion for video editing
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Ability to handle deadlines
• Desire to work in a team and see everyone succeed.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and comprehensive knowledge of Mac computers
• Basic knowledge of broadcast standard camera equipment eg. DSLRs, Super35 cameras
• Video Production experience or relevant course or studies

The Details

The internship program will run for 3 months from mid-September 2021 and is based on site in our Abu Dhabi Bureau.
• You must have a UAE residency visa (not a work visa).
• A monthly salary of 2500AED
