Remote Intern - Publicity

Job Description

A24 is looking for a Publicity intern to support the team. This position is remote. Must be available up to 30 hours per week.

Initial Responsibilities
• Breaks/Reviews/Reactions: Research/sweep title-specific news coverage and online reactions, and format into all related docs (e.g. Reaction Memo, Press Breaks, Reviews). During festivals, breaks/reviews/reaction memo schedules pend festival screening schedules
• Connecting phone interviews for talent/filmmakers
• Screening reports -- draft screening reports for specific titles and awards screenings
• Miscellaneous admin duties

Qualifications
• Strong interest in PR
• Detail oriented
• Flexibility (both with availability and flexible to changes)
• Team player (no task too small)
• Eager to learn
• Time management/task prioritizing

Current films include The Daniels' Everything Everywhere All At Once, Alex Garland's Men, Jenny Slate and Dean Fleischer Camp's Marcel the Shell with Shoes On and upcoming films Ari Aster's Disappointment Blvd. starring Joaquin Phoenix, and Celine Song's directorial debut Past Lives.
