Intern - People Operations

Job Description

A24 is looking for a People Operations intern to support the LA team and office. Must be available up to 30 hours a week, beginning September 12th through December 16th.

Initial Responsibilities
• Reception coverage - greet external guests for meetings, answer A24 main phone line, manage general inquiry email inbox
• Office upkeep - monitor conference rooms, help with IT related tasks for meetings, collect mail from mailroom
• Assist with corporate expense reports including gathering receipts and organizing each expense by category
• Set up in-office staff events including social gatherings, holiday decorating, etc.
• Office equipment maintenance - ensuring printer, shredder, coffee machine, etc. are functioning properly
• Ad Hoc errands
• Maintain kitchen, bathrooms, supply rooms, and common areas by ensuring they are well stocked and clean throughout the day
• Keep conference rooms neat and tidy for meetings
• Support Office Coordinator with other ad hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications
• Reception and office coordination experience a plus
• Interest in Operations and Office Management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Avid reader
• Motivated self-starter skilled in multitasking, time management and organization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Driven, efficient, curious, and resourceful
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Humble, diligent, resourceful
