JOB SUMMARY:

The IPTV Coordinator will work with other members of the IPTV and IT teams to create and manage the digital content displayed on video screens throughout Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse concourse, premium club spaces, suites, offices and conference rooms. The successful candidate will be quick to learn, a problem solver, have basic knowledge of A/V and IT technology and effective communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILI TIES:
• This position requires a flexible schedule to cover the variety of events at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, including Cavaliers and Monsters games, concerts, shows and corporate meetings.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with IPTV and A/V systems as needed.
• Schedule IPTV content through CMS for events at RMFH.
• Assist with A/V setup for meetings and events utilizing event spaces at RMFH.
• Collaborate with Corporate Partnerships and Marketing to track IPTV content performance.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite would be preferred.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Content and/or Marketing Field.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that will include nights and weekends.
• Strong interest in the technical presentation of marketing messaging.
• Ability to learn software applications quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to creatively solve problems.
• Organized, punctual and highly motivated.
• Professionalism and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative and Marketing background ideal but not required.
