THE JOB

The Gorge Amphitheater is seeking a groundskeeper to manage all aspects of care and upkeep for the amphitheater lawn and paved walk ways . The Groundskeeper must be able to work outdoors throughout the season.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Maintain appearance and health of lawn before and throughout the concert season
• Upkeep lawn by mowing, watering, weeding and fertilizing as necessary
• Consult with regional lawncare consultant on best practices and procedures for lawn maintenance .
• Advise operations and maintenance teams on venue practices to best ensure lawn health and appearance
• Manage venue inventory of all lawncare related tools and supplies
• Operate power sweeping machines to ma intain care of paved sur faces

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of lawncare best practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with various venue stakeholders about all groundskeeping related issues.
