Job Description

Role Summary:

The Human Resources Operations Analyst will have the responsibility for assisting with the administration of the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding systems. The Analyst will be expected to juggle multiple responsibilities and projects while providing support across NBCUniversal / Universal Orlando businesses.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a consultant and provide positive customer service experience for all Universal Orlando businesses as well as maintaining relationships on site and remote
• Assist in the review, testing and implementation of upgrades and patches
• Assist with management of the SuccessFactors modules with the primary support of Onboarding and associated Federal I-9 activities
• Provide a strong detailed understanding of federal I-9/E-Verify and federal/state subject matters
• Respond to and resolve sensitive I-9/E-Verify related calls and escalated client or state agency issues and complaints with all applicable information inside the deadlines issued by state agencies or client procedures
• Ability to meet Tier 1 and 2 Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for associated escalated issues
• Continuously assist in root cause analysis and implementation of identified changes that may impact feeds, mapping, or onboarding process workflows.
• Conduct and assist with record audits and mandatory reports, which include I-9 audits and other compliance reviews
• Regularly partner with TA, Legal, and HR teams to ensure Onboarding and I-9 compliance. Assist in following up as needed to ensure all required information is received in a timely manner and processed accurately
• Serve as a subject matter expert to successfully educate and train team members on all system functionality and department processes

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience working with HR Cloud Software solutions (SAP, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Workday, Cornerstone, ADP, etc..) at a user or system administrator level
• Intermediate to advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for the purposes of data analysis or for designing or formatting training documents and reference materials.
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage workload in a high-volume environment
• Must have a high level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail

Desired Qualifications:
• HR-related and HR Systems experience
• Ability to quickly learn processes and systems (technologically savvy)
• Ability to manage workload independently
• Excellent presentation, collaboration, and verbal & written communication skills
• Proven ability to be flexible, adaptable and collaborative in a fast-past, ever-changing work environment
• Be familiar with the basics of USCIS, I-9, applicable laws, and regulations
• Ability to ask questions with confidence, when needed

Additional Requirements:
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
