Who We Are:
Position Overview
This is for a newly launching major premium experiences and hospitality program. SVP of Business Operations will serve as the key integration point with On Location functional areas supporting a major premium hospitality program and drive seamless collaboration between On Location and its key rightsholder partner. This individual will bring a complete toolkit of general management practices including operations, finance, strategy, analytics, and marketing. Using this toolkit, the individual in this role will bring exceptional attention to detail and program and project management practices to bear throughout the event lifecycle. This infrastructure will be applied to set clear expectations of needs and timelines of functional areas within On Location to leverage resources across the organization in support of the premium hospitality program. This role will also be responsible for maintaining regular communication between key partners and On Location via formal reports, meetings, and workshops as well as informal check-ins with key stakeholders at both organizations. The role will establish the governance and reporting mechanisms necessary to build trusted relationships with all stakeholders, including the preparation for and facilitation of regular summits between On Location and other partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead premium program planning within On Location to drive input from functional areas and integrate the business with the dedicated project team.
• Act as the primary liaison between On Location and key partner and align the hospitality program with program's objectives, guidelines, and requirements.
• Lead multi-year business planning and reporting cycles as well as diligence related to business development and product plans.
• Execute the operational plan. Manage milestones and work breakdown structures, provide quality control for deliverables, and identify, escalate, and track risks as needed.
• Build financial forecasts and scenarios as needed in partnership with revenue and pricing functions for review by the project leader.
• Develop change management strategies and communication plans to socialize updates to the program and promote buy-in for new initiatives or modifications to existing processes.
• Keep all parties informed about key partners policies, initiatives, and developments to anticipate impacts on the partnership.
• Establish go-forward processes and tools that enable ongoing coordination and prioritization of activities across teams.
• In partnership with program leadership, identify opportunities for improvement and risks to delivery, including innovation of delivery concepts and assessment of obstacles and technical hurdles to the program's success.
• Facilitate efficient and effective discussion during regular meetings and workshops, encouraging participation, collaboration, and constructive dialogue amongst attendees within the bounds of concise, meaningful agendas.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders including project teams, partners, and vendors. Facilitate regular communication and promote alignment on project objectives, priorities, and expectations.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on a monthly, quarterly, and as needed basis to provide insights into partnership performance, key metrics, and progress towards goals.
• Prepare for, organize, and facilitate meetings that bring together global stakeholders to review progress, discuss challenges, and align strategic priorities.
• Share outcomes and recommendations with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including commitments to agreed-upon strategies, initiatives, and timelines.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, hospitality, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating alignment on project objectives and priorities.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in multinational operational events, project management, or partnership management roles, demonstrating ability in stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing premium hospitality programs for high-profile events or organizations, matching adherence to governing body guidelines and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling productive and inclusive discussions during meetings, and effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective operational planning, adherence to milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation solutions.
• Familiarity with project management and project planning tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed to accommodate project requirements.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$243,750 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$325,000 annually
