What You'll Do:
Reporting to the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Manager will have responsibility for financial planning activities as well as the successful functioning and optimization of the company's business-critical financial reporting systems (BPC, SAP). The Manager should possess strong analytical and technical capabilities as well as a solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and reporting to understand and meet the business needs of a public company.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the preparation and administration of the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycle
• Assist with the maintenance of the BPC Planning system and running BPC packages
• Work closely with finance leadership and key business stakeholders across the businesses on a monthly basis to understand the drivers of business performance and prepare the monthly reporting package
• Manage the monthly rolling forecast process
• Work closely with the BPC Support and Technical Team to assist with key company projects and for data validation purposes
• Work closely with Consolidations and Financial Reporting teams to prepare the analysis required for assist quarterly and annual public filings
• Assist with client planning model in BPC and troubleshooting issues that arise to facilitate budgeting/forecasting needs of the business
• Assist in the quarterly reporting including the transfer pricing process and coordination with Endeavor's Tax department to meet their business needs
• Support ad hoc custom reporting and financial modeling to drive business efficiencies through the month-end close process and budget/forecast cycle
• Assist with the integration of new acquisitions at the financial reporting level, master data level, and the budgeting/forecasting level
• Management of 2 Direct Reports
• Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
You Have These:
• Proven experience within FP&A, finance or accounting
• Prior FP&A experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a working knowledge of financial systems, statements and reports preferred
• SAP and BPC experience strongly preferred
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems quickly efficiently
• Can drive cross-functional initiatives involving employees from across the organization
• Prior supervisory experience with people management & talent development is required
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Education:
• B.A. or B.S. in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
• CPA or MBA is desirable but not required
