The Role

The WME Brand Partnerships team focuses across the company's entire roster to help create brand relationships and new business development opportunities. A deal can be anywhere from a 360-advertising campaign, to paid social media post, to appearances, to securing equity in a business. The role requires sourcing opportunities for the agency's Latin roster and the Latin American market, both inside and outside the United States.

Responsibilities
• Originate, direct, develop and implement branding opportunities for our existing client roster
• Review, manage, and negotiate contracts for a fast-paced brand partnerships department within the agency
• Develop, manage and nurture new business partnerships to accomplish revenue goals
• Effectively communicate and present research to key stakeholders (agents and clients) across the organization and provide strategies to target new opportunities
• Possess and present a solid understanding and track record of developing sound brand partnerships and opportunities that drive revenue
• Serve as a representative for a client when negotiating a new contract, contract extensions, or identifying branded opportunities

Experience Required
• 5+ years of equivalent experience
• Fluent Spanish speaker
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for brand partnerships, with a particular focus on the Global Latin market, both inside and outside the United States
• Proven experience leading and negotiating brand partnership opportunities
• Thorough understanding of data analytics, marketing, sales, strategy and brand enhancement
• Work closely with existing agents to explore and capitalize on client marketing opportunities
• Showcase intimate knowledge of marketing strategies and idea generation, to program execution and ROI measurement

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Broad knowledge of Branded Partnership principles and practices in media and entertainment
• Multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
• Competitive set with a deep strategic understanding of marketing campaigns and media plan development
• Ability to create and develop innovative Brand Partnership opportunities which directly support the achievement of brand awareness and client revenue goals
• Effective communicator who has proven sales and relationship skills with internal and external constituents at all levels
• Fluent in Spanish
• Must have strategic agility, organizational ability, and successful track record for building effective relationships
• Strong network of business relationships in the Latin market (i.e., brands, ad agencies, marketing companies, PR firms, managers, artists, etc.)
• Must have analytical, planning, and decision-making skills along with demonstrated fiscal responsibility and business ethics
• Creative mind, entrepreneurial, self-starter well versed in shepherding big ideas, ideally has been involved in developing and producing branded awareness
• Ability to demonstrate a unique approach to problem solving with a business, brand, and consumer lens
• Demonstrated ability to understand and activate concepts/programs cross-functionally

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$112,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$150,000 annually
