The EAX team is guiding the strategy and implementation of important initiatives for EA's players to connect them to one another and to the games they love to play. These initiatives include: the EA app, EA Play, our cross-platform subscription, EA's gaming service on PC; and a host of other consumer experiences and ecommerce solutions related to connecting players across platforms and within our games.

In your role as Product Manager you will take strategic direction and support through clear problem statements, feature requirements, and the creation of key user stories to be implemented by our Design and Development teams.. You will analyse the performance of our live service features and use this data toward feature iteration, always with an eye on creating a richer player experience and positive growth across the network for one of our product initiatives. You will partner with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and QA to build great products. You will report into the teams Director of Product.

Responsibilities:
• Identify problem and opportunities and come up with solutions
• You quickly understand user needs, and can rally your team to define holistic solutions in a systematic way.
• Partner, collaborate, and engage technical stakeholders to achieve outcome-based success that you've helped define through clear outcomes and measurable key results.
• Determine the best approach to quality outcomes based on player feedback, data, the competitive landscape, and peer collaboration.
• You identify challenges and adjust as you go.
• Collaborate with technical teams to distil and communicate technical needs to a technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications:
• Experience managing complex products and teams
• You have experience leading product definition, prioritisation, and guiding the delivery of technically complex product initiatives.
• A passion and ability to define goals and metrics for products and correspond outcomes and growth in your area of focus
• Experience making strategic and analytical decisions
• Familiar with the gaming industry and current entertainment platforms
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary scrum style teams
• 1-3 Years of experience

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. BASE SALARY RANGES • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): º $96,400 - $133,900 CAN Annually Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
