Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Istanbul with a permanent contract.
In the near future, this role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

The HR Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing all human resources activities by planning, implementing, and consulting with all line managers and ensuring human resources policies, programs, and practices are executed properly. If selected for this role, you will report to the HR Director.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will communicate and work with business units proactively and in close contact to deliver value-added HR services and develop integrated solutions.

You will ensure compliance with all rules and regulations, legal or company-specific.

You will work together with related COEs for the implementation of regional policies & programmes.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
• Providing support to their business units through the HRBP model,
• Providing useful data to guide decision-making and allowing the company to scale effectively and efficiently,
• Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention,
• Providing consultancy to all line managers about the resolution of all types of employee relation issues,
• Handling employee grievances and working with other departments and managers whenever necessary for the resolution,
• Escalating critical organizational issues or employee relations issues to the HR Director,
• Managing the local recruitment process from HC approvals to recruitment in parallel to business needs,
• Improvement of TWDC Turkey's talent acquisition process in terms of establishing a better interview process, development and usage of assessment centres when needed,
• Developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures, for continuous improvement of HR processes to increase effectiveness,
• Ensuring the compliance of HR Policies and Procedures by all employees,
• Ensuring the Labour Law compliance of all HR processes,
• Taking role in all steps of the development and implementation of the compensation & benefit related policies and procedures,
• Management of the headcount budget,
• Implementation and processes of the Performance Management System within the organization,
• Monitoring employee performance and coordinating personal and career development actions, providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions),
• Working together with the Regional L&D team to implement training programs within the organization,
• Organizing and delivering internal trainings when needed,
• Working together with Internal Communications to develop and manage internal communication channels.

The Experience We Require From You:
• BA/BS degrees preferably from Business Administration, Social Sciences
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Turkish
• Proven experience in Human Resources in multinational companies (10-15 years)
• At least 5 years of managerial experience
