Senior Project Manager, HR Strategic Projects (Remote; Temp -12 months)

Duration: Full Time Contract (FTC) – 12 months

Your Mission

As a Senior Project Manager within the HR Strategic Projects team, you will be leading legacy/core business change processes and ensuring they work under existing governance.

You will lead the delivery of a set of global initiatives and processes across all ABK operating units. You will project manage cross-functional teams in each region to ensure projects progress on schedule, with the best possible employee experience.

The Senior Project Manager will ensure key achievements and deliverables for critical initiatives are communicated to partner and business teams, actively manage risks and dependencies to ensure successful project execution and ensure appropriate governance frameworks are established and applied to manage work.

Constantly looking to improve operational efficiency, you will find opportunities to adapt existing processes to enable the business to complete projects more efficiently with an improved experience for teams.

You will:
• Initiate complete strategic projects, from providing guidance on governance and structure, to ensuring an effective team is assembled, primarily from resources in HR, dependent functions, and business leaders.
• Build project plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, mitigate risks and deliver all initiatives with collaborators on various teams.
• Be an authority of project teams and project team members by providing oversight, guidance, and direction. Guide and direct in alignment with governance, project plan tasks, and actions.
• Own reporting globally to Executive Leadership and provide project manager oversight on all work.
• Lead complex cross-functional operational teams to ensure project readiness.
• Data management:own change control to ensure data accuracy for Operational, Finance, Analytics, and Audit teams.
• Proactively look for alignments across plans and problem-solve to ensure timely delivery with minimal escalations to Leadership.
• Build and maintain partner networks across the business – particualry with our HR Partners, to facilitate seamless project delivery and troubleshooting.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree level qualification
• 5+ years of consultancy/project/program management experience
• Experience managing change and reorganization initiatives from end-to-end in a global organization
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple timezones, working within matrix organizations
• Passionate advocate for the employee experience

• Ability to work to timelines and diplomatically handle business partners to adhere to plans.
• 'Get things done' mentality to complete project tasks proactively. Jump in the trenches with the team.
• Discretion working on confidential projects and handling employee data.

Knowledge and Skills
• Project management lifecycle
• Data management in Excel and comfortable handling large data sets (data consolidation across multiple sheets, VLOOKUP, pivots, and any additional reporting requirements)
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills

In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $105,120.00 - $194,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all US locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
