In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at Google speed.

Resonsibilities:
• Be responsible for creating new shopping experiences for our viewers on YouTube, and work closely with the business, strategy, and product marketing teams to determine the best product strategy.
• Identify, define, launch and assess performance of products; iterate to ensure products meet the needs of our users.
• Evaluate technologies and identify opportunities to innovate and improve our features and capabilities and make decisions about implementation and resource trade-offs.
• Build a product narrative which clearly articulates the motivation for a project, goals, and path to success.
• Work closely with engineering, UX/Design, business stakeholders and legal and policy teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Experience in product management, with large-scale systems or other systems with complex business logic.
• Business strategy, general management, or monetization/pricing experience.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in building products for e-commerce, consumers or Small-Medium Businesses.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial drive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment and ambiguity.
• Analytical, with passion for understanding data and the ''Why'' behind it.
