Whether understanding and solving their online content concerns, navigating within global legal frameworks, or writing and enforcing worldwide policy, the Trust & Safety team is on the frontlines of enhancing the YouTube experience, building internet safety, and protecting free speech in our ever-evolving digital world.

As a Policy Enforcement Manager, you will focus on products. You will become a Trust and Safety (T&S) operations expert for non-Video entities, which will grant you exposure across multiple important products and entities. As part of your core work, you will be responsible for monitoring T&S key performance indicators (KPIs) for these product workflows. With your deep expertise of these entities, you will also provide recommendations for new products and features that come through the Abuse Services team, and assist in the design and implementation of Trust and Safety protections to ensure smooth and safe launches. You will explore what it's like to work with new product/feature launches on YouTube.

You will review graphic, controversial, and offensive video content in line with YouTube's Community Guidelines.

Resonsibilities:
• Lead Enforcement and Operations management for non-Video entities: Comments, Live Chat, Polls, Posts, Channels, Memberships, Playlists, Clips, and more. Address escalations with fast turn-around time to define the best plan and provide timely updates to executives. Be an expert in non-Video entities and provide safety recommendations for new product launches.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs of T&S Enforcement Operations by conducting regular call audits, calibration sessions and quality reviews, sharing data-driven insights and feedback with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with teams across Product, Business Analysts, Vendor Operations, and Engineering to solve problems and drive innovations.
• Conceive, design, and work towards completion of projects that result in workflow/process improvements. Identify automation and efficiency opportunities using drive data driven strategies.
• Review graphic, controversial, and offensive video content in-line with YouTube's Community Guidelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in operations such as scaled or sales operations, vendor management, or process and organizational optimization.
• Experience working with data to identify trends and make recommendations.
• Ability to work non-standard, on-call rotation weekend and holiday hours.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders to contribute to continuous improvement of operations.
• Ability working with with cross-functional partners across geographies, with outstanding influencing and communication skills to drive strategy and business action.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
