Whether understanding and solving their online content concerns, navigating within global legal frameworks, or writing and enforcing worldwide policy, the Trust & Safety team is on the frontlines of enhancing the YouTube experience, building internet safety, and protecting free speech in our ever-evolving digital world.

As a Policy Enforcement Manager, you will focus on our products. You will become a Trust and Safety operations expert for non-video entities. You'll monitor Trust and Safety key performance indicators (KPIs) for our product workflows. You will also provide recommendations for products and features that come through the Abuse Services team.

In this role, you'll also assist in the design and implementation of Trust and Safety protections to ensure smooth and safe launches. You will explore what it's like to work with product/feature launches on YouTube. You may also need to review graphic, controversial, and offensive video content in line with YouTube's Community Guidelines.

Resonsibilities:
• Conduct weekly, monthly, or quarterly business reviews to share operational insights and outlook to internal stakeholders.
• Manage escalations with a fast turn-around time to define the best plan and provide timely updates to executives.
• Partner with teams across Product, Business Analysts, Vendor Operations and Engineering to solve complex problems and drive innovations.
• Investigate operations metrics (e.g., enqueues, action rate, time in queue, etc.) and effectiveness of automated and manual review methods. Define key areas of focus following root cause analyses.
• Lead Enforcement and Operations for YouTube's cross-policy workflows, including agents and queues.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in operations such as scaled or sales operations, vendor management, or process and organizational optimization.
• Experience working with data to identify trends and make recommendations.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders to contribute to continuous improvement of operations.
• Ability to work with cross-functional partners across geographies.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
• Excellent influencing skills to drive strategy and business action.
