Job Description
In this role, you will work closely on ensuring creators understand and are able to abide by YouTube policies and maintain healthy channels.

You will collaborate closely with Product teams, Trust and Safety, Social, and Marketing to help identify and troubleshoot creator challenges and manage overall creator sentiment. Additionally, you will manage a team of Strategic Partner Managers focused on creators who need extra support with understanding and adhering to video policies.

Resonsibilities:
• Define and own strategy for managing challenging and influential creators.
• Manage a team of Program Managers and continue to scale Partner Engagement globally.
• Manage creator relationships with a portfolio of partners to support overall sentiment management, policy adherence, troubleshooting/escalations, and creator performance.
• Collaborate and partner with YouTube cross-functional teams including Product, Trust and Safety, Product Operations, Social, PR, and Marketing to address creator issues, manage potential escalations, and improve overall creator sentiment.
• De-escalate challenging creator engagements by enlisting internal experts to resolve issues including after hours when needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a Customer Service, Partner Management, or Policy based role.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with YouTube content creation and creator/talent management.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations and de-escalation or work in crisis management.
• Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Passion to help partners troubleshoot and resolve issues.
